Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Support Professional to join our team at Stellar Enterprises. As a Sales Support Employee, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our agency in the Bottrop region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the liaison between customers, insurance agents, and corporate headquarters, providing exceptional customer service and support.
  • Prepare and follow up on customer appointments, ensuring timely and efficient communication.
  • Provide administrative support to the agency management and other customer advisors, maintaining accurate records and files.
  • Handle insurance claims and facilitate a seamless claims process, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the agency team to develop and implement strategies for customer retention and expansion of the customer base.
Requirements
  • Completion of training as an insurance and finance clerk or a comparable commercial training.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
