Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver personalized, one-on-one support to children with autism in various settings.
  • Manage a reasonable caseload.
  • Teach essential life and social skills using evidence-based practices and positive reinforcement techniques.

  • Build rapport with clients to identify interests and motivators for effective behavior plan execution.
  • Accurately document behavior data during sessions.

Work Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM
  • Saturday: 8:00 AM - 2:00 PM (varies by clinic).

Employee Availability:

  • Full-time staff must be available during all operational hours.
  • Part-time staff will have hours scheduled within operational times.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required (an associate or bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is preferred).
  • Comfortable working with children.
  • Ability to perform physical tasks, including walking, standing, bending, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
  • Strong communication skills for effective interaction with families and documentation.
  • Interpersonal skills to engage positively with clients and their families.
  • Complete company-sponsored RBT training and pass the RBT exam within the designated timeframe.
  • Reliable transportation is preferred.
  • Prior experience working with children is advantageous but not mandatory.
