Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver personalized, one-on-one support to children with autism in various settings.
- Manage a reasonable caseload.
- Teach essential life and social skills using evidence-based practices and positive reinforcement techniques.
- Implement therapy plans developed by a BCBA.
- Build rapport with clients to identify interests and motivators for effective behavior plan execution.
- Accurately document behavior data during sessions.
- Participate in clinical team meetings and ongoing professional development.

- Adhere to the BACB Ethical Compliance Code for RBTs.
Work Schedule:
- Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM
- Saturday: 8:00 AM - 2:00 PM (varies by clinic).
Employee Availability:
- Full-time staff must be available during all operational hours.
- Part-time staff will have hours scheduled within operational times.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required (an associate or bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is preferred).
- Comfortable working with children.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including walking, standing, bending, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
- Strong communication skills for effective interaction with families and documentation.
- Interpersonal skills to engage positively with clients and their families.
- Complete company-sponsored RBT training and pass the RBT exam within the designated timeframe.
- Reliable transportation is preferred.
- Prior experience working with children is advantageous but not mandatory.
