Account Manager

FIJI Water is seeking a talented Sales Development Specialist to join our team in the Boston North, MA territory. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving store-level sales and executing merchandising strategies to increase visibility and sales of our premium imported bottled water.
The ideal candidate will have prior sales experience with beverage and/or grocery products, excellent relationship-building skills, and a strong ability to lift 50lbs. This role requires a customer service mindset, proactive problem-solving skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
As a Sales Development Specialist, you will work closely with our internal associates to develop and execute sales strategies, manage retail relationships, and facilitate account penetration. You will also participate in training programs to enhance your knowledge of our products and services.
We offer a competitive salary of $60,000 - $70,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as comprehensive benefits, including medical coverage, vision and dental plans, and a 401k with match eligibility.
