Financial Recovery Technologies Senior Account Manager

The Role: This Senior Account Manager position is responsible for building, maintaining, and growing key relationships with our institutional investor clients. You will identify new business opportunities and maintain extensive industry knowledge. Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with an assigned portfolio of clients.
- Coordinating services across multiple accounts, developing task schedules, tracking client requests, and managing progress to completion.
- Documenting and communicating client priorities and pain points to internal teams.
- Maintaining records of client, prospect, and partner visits, appointments, contacts, and activities in FRT's CRM.
Becoming a Trusted Advisor: As a Senior Account Manager, you will build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and business partners based on knowledge of client requirements and commitment to value. You will provide guidance to clients on upcoming participation opportunities, key industry topics, and best practices.
Partnering with Sales, Marketing, and Sales Partners: You will work with sales, marketing, and sales partners to demonstrate FRT's value proposition to existing clients. This includes listening to client needs, identifying and analyzing business and issues to match solutions/technologies to requirements, and presenting them to clients.
What We Offer: As a Senior Account Manager at FRT, you can expect a competitive salary, bonus structure, and benefits package, including health, dental, vision, 401(k) with company match, income protection plans, and access to a suite of voluntary benefit programs. The base salary for this role is approximately $97,000 - $127,000 per year, depending on experience.
