Telecommunications Account Manager Professional

We are seeking a goal-oriented and self-starting individual to join our rapidly expanding Customer Service and Sales Team in the Boston area. As a Telecommunications Account Manager, you will learn and complete basic sales and administrative training, receive leadership development, and be responsible for future supervisory responsibilities.
Our team strives to give our customers and clients a top-notch customer service experience and a seamless sales process, offering some of the best and most well-known products in the telecommunications industry. We are looking for the right people who can grow organically with us from a Telecommunications Account Manager position.
Responsibilities include:
- Qualifying, educating, and completing the sales process directly with customers based on their individualized needs
- Managing the entirety of the sales cycle from introduction to closing the sale
- Responding to complaints, resolving issues, and answering questions regarding products/services during closing or rehash of the sale
