Factory is seeking a seasoned professional to join our team as an Account Executive. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and building long-term relationships with our enterprise clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Technical Expertise: Serve as the technical and sales expert in discussions with potential clients, demonstrating a deep understanding of Factory's platform and its value proposition in the software development lifecycle.
  • Sales Cycle Management: Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals, with a focus on building strong relationships with our clients.
  • Client Success: Work closely with our product and engineering teams to customize solutions that meet the specific needs of each client, ensuring a seamless integration of our AI-driven development tools into their existing workflows.
  • Education and Guidance: Educate and guide clients through the technical and practical aspects of implementing our AI-driven development tools, addressing any concerns and showcasing the potential ROI.
  • Strategic Collaboration: Collaborate with our marketing team to refine sales strategies and materials based on market feedback, contributing to the overall growth and success of Factory.
Requirements:
  • Technical Sales Experience: 3+ years of experience in technical sales, preferably in enterprise B2B SaaS sales, with a strong preference for experience in developer tools or similar technical products.
  • Proven Track Record: Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a technology-driven sales environment, with the ability to manage complex sales cycles from start to finish.
  • Exceptional Technical Aptitude: Exceptional technical aptitude, capable of quickly learning new technologies and articulating complex solutions in a straightforward manner.
  • Strong Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with technical decision-makers and C-level executives.
  • Self-Motivation: Self-motivated and able to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced startup environment.
