We are on the lookout for a Client Relations Specialist to enhance our team:

  • Partner with Account Managers to strategize tours and boost participant registrations
  • Foster relationships with Program Leaders while delivering outstanding customer support
  • Support Account Managers with correspondence and various administrative tasks
  • Organize activities and monitor progress utilizing Excel
  • Ensure precise documentation and relay company policies to clients
  • Coordinate pre-tour arrangements and educational resources for programs
