We are on the lookout for a Client Relations Specialist to enhance our team:
- Partner with Account Managers to strategize tours and boost participant registrations
- Foster relationships with Program Leaders while delivering outstanding customer support
- Support Account Managers with correspondence and various administrative tasks
- Organize activities and monitor progress utilizing Excel
- Ensure precise documentation and relay company policies to clients
- Coordinate pre-tour arrangements and educational resources for programs
