As an Entry-Level Client Relations Manager, you will play a key role in managing and nurturing client relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction, and driving successful project outcomes. You’ll work closely with our team to support client needs and coordinate efforts to deliver exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring their needs are met with high satisfaction.
  • Assist in planning, executing, and managing client projects, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
  • Oversee the implementation of services and solutions, ensuring alignment with client expectations and company standards.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate efforts, manage resources, and provide updates on project status and client feedback.
  • Track and analyze client feedback and project performance to identify areas for improvement and implement effective solutions.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on client activities, project progress, and service performance to senior management.
