Position Title: Client Relations Coordinator

The Client Relations Coordinator position within the Commonwealth of Virginia's Hospitality & Support Services is essential for assisting the management team in improving operational effectiveness and maintaining high professional standards, ultimately leading to an exceptional experience for patients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Acts as the main point of contact for supervisors and frontline personnel, resolving inquiries, challenges, and concerns from patients and visitors.
  • Fosters a friendly and inclusive work atmosphere, being responsive to vital communications and encouraging constructive feedback.
  • Supports the manager with administrative responsibilities, promoting professionalism among team members.
  • Manages scheduling operations, guarantees service excellence, and aids in resolving issues.
  • Identifies training requirements for staff, encourages skill enhancement, and ensures accountability for essential processes.
  • Engages in initiatives aimed at quality improvement, applying project management expertise for ongoing development.
  • Oversees vendor relationships, coordinates departmental initiatives, and tracks metrics related to patient satisfaction.
  • Creates systems to boost patient and customer contentment.
  • Performs additional duties as required.

Compensation Range: $50,000 - $80,662.40 Annually

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree is preferred; relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
  • At least 1 year of project management experience, preferably within a healthcare environment, along with 5 years of experience in customer service.

Physical Requirements:

  • Involves frequent travel and extended periods of standing, along with some bending, reaching, and computer usage.
  • Capability to lift, push, or pull up to 50 lbs.
