About the Role

We are seeking an exceptional Security Sales Director to lead our Mid-Market Sales team at Abnormal Security. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and customer retention.

Main Responsibilities
  • Recruit and hire a world-class sales team to meet business objectives.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with customers and channel partners to drive new business opportunities.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand market share.
  • Maintain a disciplined approach to pipeline generation and management.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3+ years of SLED sales experience with a proven track record of success.
  • At least 3+ years of leadership experience in growing new business and new logos.
  • Strong hunter mentality with direct experience managing teams responsible for creating new demand and sourcing new pipeline.
  • A winner who holds themselves accountable to consistent over-achievement.
Benefits

As a key member of our team, you will receive a competitive salary range: $120,000—$150,000 USD.
