Head of Healthcare, Strategy and Growth

Cloudflare is seeking a seasoned leader to drive the growth and development of our healthcare business. As the Head of Healthcare, Strategy and Growth, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive strategy to drive revenue growth, expand our customer base, and establish Cloudflare as a leader in the healthcare industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a go-to-market strategy for healthcare, including market analysis, competitor research, and customer engagement.
  • Build and lead a high-performing team of healthcare professionals, including sales, marketing, and customer success.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, engineering, and sales, to drive innovation and growth in the healthcare space.
  • Develop and manage key partnerships with healthcare organizations, payers, and providers to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of our healthcare business and make data-driven decisions to drive growth.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in healthcare, with a proven track record of driving growth and revenue expansion.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with experience building and leading high-performing teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Experience with cloud-based technologies and SaaS business models.
