Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Sales Leader and Business Development Director to join our team. As the Founding Head of Sales and Growth, you will be responsible for building and leading a high-performing sales team, developing and executing a sales strategy, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base
  • Build and lead a high-performing sales team, including hiring, training, and coaching sales representatives
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and customer success, to drive sales and revenue growth
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key customers and partners to drive sales and revenue growth
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize sales strategies
Requirements
  • 5+ years of sales leadership experience, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth and building high-performing sales teams
  • 3+ years of closing experience, with a strong understanding of sales processes and strategies
  • Experience in the hospitality or technology industry, with a strong understanding of the market and customer needs
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers, partners, and team members
  • Ability to analyze sales performance metrics and identify areas for improvement
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with sales automation tools and CRM software
  • Knowledge of sales analytics and data-driven decision making
  • Experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
