Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Human Resources Assistant to support our HR productivity through administering associate onboarding activities, HR processes, and compliance programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer associate onboarding activities, including preparing recruiting materials, heavy data entry, and assisting with new hire orientation and benefits orientation sessions.
  • Process new hire documentation, onsite drug tests, and ensure accurate data entry into time-keeping and scheduling systems.
  • Enter payroll data, process payroll exceptions, and ensure accurate documentation of personnel files and other relevant HR records.
Requirements
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and multi-task using multiple applications and technologies.
  • Working knowledge of Google Suite and Microsoft Office, as well as proficiency in computer navigation skills.
  • Basic reading and math skills, with the ability to present to large groups.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous experience in Human Resources or administrative/customer service.
  • Ability to work as part of a team and be bilingual.
