Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Specialist to join our team at Time for Change Foundation. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to management related to benefits, hiring, and other key HR areas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with the recruitment and onboarding process, including gathering necessary documents and ensuring compliance.
  • Maintain accurate employee records, including attendance and leave requests.
  • Manage internal and external communications for the HR department.
  • Ensure HR compliance with the latest laws and regulations.
  • Interact with employees and direct them to the appropriate resources to resolve HR issues.
  • Perform administrative duties, such as data entry and tracking of employee records.
  • Assist with policy formulation and revisions.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
  • Provide excellent customer service and communication skills.
Requirements
  • Three to five years of relevant work experience in human resources.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Good ethics and a sense of responsibility.
  • A bachelor's degree in human resources or a related field is preferred.
