Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Human Resources Coordinator to join our team at American Fruits and Flavors, LLC. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to our HR department, assist with recruitment and hiring processes, and maintain accurate records.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with recruitment and hiring processes, including drafting job descriptions, posting open roles, and screening resumes and candidates.
  • Maintain accurate records, including employee files, timekeeping records, and benefits information.
  • Provide administrative support to the HR department, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and preparing correspondence.
  • Assist with onboarding new hires, including coordinating orientation and training programs.
  • Review and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including timekeeping and benefits administration.
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; AA or BA preferred.
  • 2 years minimum experience in an office environment or HR role.
  • Must be bilingual in Spanish.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Working Conditions:

This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday, 40 hours per week. The successful candidate will be required to work in a fast-paced office environment and may be required to lift up to 15 pounds.
