HR Technology Systems Specialist

This position is centered around the configuration, installation, maintenance, backup, and support of human resources applications and systems, ensuring seamless functionality within the HR technology ecosystem of the organization. You will take charge of managing systems such as the Leave of Absence (LOA) and Learning Management Systems (LMS), serving as a vital liaison for the Human Resources Information System (HRIS).
Key Responsibilities:- Administer and implement the Leave of Absence system
- Adjust system configurations and assist in reporting for leave data analysis
- Oversee the deployment of the Learning Management System
- Track training completion rates and generate reports for HR and leadership
- Serve as the main contact for inquiries and enhancements related to HRIS
- Conduct audits of HR systems to ensure data integrity and compliance
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, or Business Administration, with a solid understanding of computer hardware and software
- Experience: At least three years in system administration, ideally within HRIS platforms
- Certifications: MCSE, MCSA, MCDBA are preferred
- Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in relevant computer skills
