Account Development Representative

At T. Burks & Associates, we are seeking a skilled Inside Sales Representative to drive sales growth and provide exceptional customer service. As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building strong relationships with customers, and managing the order lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct high-volume cold calling to identify potential leads and follow up on existing ones
* Utilize sales tools such as ZoomInfo and Salesforce to research and manage customer interactions
* Collaborate with the sales team to support overall sales goals and drive business growth
Requirements:
* 1-3 years of experience in inside sales, preferably within a manufacturing environment
* Proven ability to make high-volume cold calls and effectively qualify leads
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Ability to multitask, prioritize, and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
Compensation:
The estimated salary for this position is $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.
