Job Summary

Quantum Real Estate Management LLC is seeking a highly motivated and organized Leasing Consultant to join our team. As a Leasing Consultant, you will be responsible for leasing apartments in accordance with corporate policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lease apartments in accordance with corporate policies and procedures
  • Assist management in measuring effectiveness of marketing programs and in making periodic market surveys
  • Assume management responsibilities in absence of Property Manager and/or Assistant Manager in emergency situations
  • Maintain cordial and professional relationships with prospective residents, current residents, and other staff members

Requirements

  • A high school diploma is required; college degree or courses in a business curriculum preferred
  • HUD/Tax Credit Experience required
  • Clearly communicates in English; proficient reading, writing, grammar, and mathematics skills in English
  • Proficient interpersonal relations and communicative skills
  • Works well in a team environment
  • Able to work with a diverse group of people
  • Appearance compatible with image of property, positive attitude, and energetic
  • Demonstrates integrity on personal as well as professional level
  • Attention to detail
  • Able to multi-task and prioritize to meet firm deadlines
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office – Word, Excel, Outlook, and internet literate
