Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Leasing Consultant to join our team in North East/West DC.

As a Leasing Consultant, you will be responsible for leasing apartments, assisting residents, and touring properties to help our community thrive. You will work closely with our Property Manager and Regional Manager to ensure a collaborative and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with prospects to understand their housing needs and provide personalized support
  • Assist existing residents with questions and concerns, and collaborate with team members to resolve issues
  • Schedule tours and execute lease agreements, ensuring a seamless experience for our residents
  • Complete all necessary paperwork associated with Tax Credit qualifications, ensuring compliance and accuracy

Requirements:

  • Strong experience with Tax Credit tenant requirements is preferred but not required
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanor
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
