About the Role

The University of California, San Francisco (UCSF) is seeking a highly skilled Inquiry Curriculum Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of the Assessment, Curriculum and Evaluations (ACE) Unit, you will play a critical role in the design, implementation, and delivery of our medical education programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate the day-to-day operations of the Inquiry element within the Bridges Curriculum, including managing the Deep Explore component and overseeing program operations.
  • Manage the Deep Explore student projects, including communicating project requirements and tools, and monitoring student progress.
  • Co-lead the organization and execution of student research events, which provide a platform for students to share their projects with the broader UCSF Medical Education community.
  • Collaborate with vendors, manage budgets, and oversee event communications with all students and stakeholders.
  • Develop and implement processes and systems to support the efficient operation of the Inquiry curriculum.
  • Provide excellent customer service and support to learners, faculty, and staff.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field and/or equivalent experience/training.
  • Minimum 3+ years of directly relevant experience.
  • Thorough knowledge of administrative analysis and operations research.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement processes and systems.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work productively with anyone regardless of background.
  • Excellent organizational skills, analytical, and demonstrated attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Thorough knowledge of relevant policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Solid knowledge of health professions education program requirements.
  • Thorough knowledge of health professions education industry.
  • Thorough knowledge of educational software and platforms.
  • Demonstrated experience and knowledge of event planning and coordination.
