Position Title: Coordinator for Medical Student Programs

Job Overview:
This role involves temporary employment within the Medical Education sector, focusing on supporting medical students and faculty.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Generate educational reports and monitor student progress.
  • Schedule appointments for Medical Education Directors and send timely reminders regarding evaluations and grades.
  • Assist in various administrative tasks related to the Medical Education program, including data management and event logistics.
  • Facilitate the implementation of educational competencies and evaluations, including trainee assessments.
  • Support logistics for medical education events and conferences.
  • Assist with the scheduling of faculty directors and manage budget tracking for educational programs.
  • Maintain comprehensive records for medical education students and clinical faculty.
  • Coordinate educational research projects within the program.
  • Serve as a primary contact for prospective participants, providing information and answering inquiries.
  • Create documentation for evaluations related to trainees and curriculum.
  • Generate reports to assess program effectiveness and statistics.
  • Encourage collaboration among various medical education specialties.
  • Participate in committees and workgroups to enhance program functions.
  • Ensure the accuracy of program websites and improve communication regarding requirements.

Urgent Need: Additional support is required for the Medical Education team in the OBGYN department.

Qualifications:
Basic understanding of relevant policies and health professions education. Preferred qualifications include experience in administrative analysis and operations research, strong communication skills, and the ability to maintain professional relationships.
