The Role

We are seeking a Marketing Programs Specialist to join our team in Wilmington, MA. This role will report to our Industrial Commercial (Trade) Marketing Manager and be responsible for managing and facilitating product launch cycles with internal stakeholders. The successful candidate will also manage relationships with our fulfillment house, maintain existing promotions, and develop new ones through various vendors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage sales and customer promotions and programs
  • Creation and maintenance of internal/external sales email communications
  • Manage the Trade product launch cycle, including updates on product deliverables and marketing support
  • Facilitate and manage special "off cycle" launches and communications
  • Manage the development of an ongoing merchandising activation program
  • Oversee merchandising inventory levels and manage relationships with third-party vendors
  • Visit sales and customers
  • Assist in customer programs and projects as necessary
  • Work within defined budgets
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or Marketing with a minimum of 5-7 years of marketing experience
  • Experience in the electrical industry is a plus
  • Ability to think creatively, detail-oriented, and excel in multi-tasking
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills to conduct meetings and give presentations to internal and external audiences
  • Demonstrate strong time management skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) is required
Additional Information
  • This position is Monday - Friday, standard business hours, and located in Wilmington, MA.
  • There is a minimum in-office requirement of 3 days per week.
  • Relocation and/or work sponsorship are not offered with this position.
