Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership and Financial Management:
Formulate and implement a detailed growth strategy, ensuring the financial stability of the organization through effective P&L oversight, budgeting, and cost management.
Team Development and Operational Excellence:
Inspire and support the growth and communication among all departments—sales, operations, engineering, quality, and finance. Encourage professional development and accountability.

Business Strategy and Market Growth:
Design and execute strategic initiatives aimed at boosting competitiveness, driving business expansion, and increasing market share through new client acquisition and retention.
Client and Supplier Relationship Management:
Establish and nurture strong connections with clients, suppliers, and industry stakeholders to promote business growth and enhance reputation.
Operational Oversight:
Supervise operations with a focus on safety, quality, timely delivery, and efficiency. Propel ongoing enhancements and adaptability.
Continuous Improvement and Innovation:
Lead the organization in adopting a culture of continuous improvement, aligning with long-term goals and fostering an environment of creativity and excellence.
Qualifications:
A Bachelor's degree in business administration, engineering, metallurgy, or a related discipline.
A minimum of 10 years in the metals sector (experience in metal forming, etching, etc. is preferred).
At least 10 years of management experience in a manufacturing environment, with 2-5 years in a senior leadership capacity.
Experience in military and aerospace sectors is advantageous.
Proven track record of company growth through the development of employee, client, supplier, and industry relationships.
Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting and P&L oversight.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
