Key Responsibilities

Requirements
  • Education: Master's degree in Nursing, Public Health, Health Care Administration, Management, or Public Administration.
  • Experience: 10 years of clinical nursing experience, including at least 5 years of progressive nursing leadership level positions.
  • Licensure: Current full, unrestricted Registered Nurse license in the state of Alaska or currently licensed in another state and must obtain Alaska license within 6 months of hire.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions.
