We are seeking a highly motivated sales professional to join our team as a Sales Development Manager. This is an exciting opportunity to sell integrated marketing solutions, including commercial spot inventory, digital and streaming packages, and non-traditional revenue. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, creative, and a proactive problem solver with a proven track record of exceeding goals. Responsibilities include contacting prospective customers, spending at least 50% of work time engaging in sales and solicitations outside of the office, and maintaining account lists while soliciting new business.

The position offers a competitive $65,000 - $90,000 per year base salary, bonus compensation, and lucrative commissions beyond quota attainment. Benefits include targeted digital solutions, access to selling on a national level, on-going coaching and training, and the opportunity to bring innovative marketing ideas to life. The ideal candidate will have a thorough understanding of advertising and marketing, including digital, audio, and interactive. They will also have proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and MS Office Programs. A positive attitude and a desire to continuously grow your income are also required. The position is based in Atlanta, GA, and is a regular full-time opportunity.

In this role, you will be responsible for:
  1. Contacting prospective customers to develop new business opportunities.
  2. Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
  3. Collaborating with internal teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  4. Providing excellent customer service and building strong relationships with clients.
