Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager - Structural Heart/Peripheral to join our team. As a key member of our sales development team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and outcomes across top-tier accounts nationwide.
About the Role
This role requires a minimum of 3+ years of experience in the structural heart space and 5+ years in industry sales, with a proven track record of achieving sales numbers. You will work closely with territory managers to develop strategic business plans, identify opportunities, and deliver results.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute business development strategies to drive growth and outcomes across top-tier accounts.
- Work closely with territory managers to identify opportunities and deliver results.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on sales goals and objectives.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform business decisions.
- Provide regular updates and insights to senior leadership.
Requirements
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in the structural heart space.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in industry sales.
- Proven track record of achieving sales numbers.
- Able to travel nationally 50-75% as needed.
- Clean driving license required.
- Bachelor's Degree required.
Benefits
- $160k base salary + $300-330k commission/bonus potential.
