Job Overview

The Environmental Services Supervisor is tasked with crafting and executing facility solutions. This position will oversee the operations of facility accounts, ensuring that all areas of responsibility align with objectives and meet client expectations.

Key Responsibilities

Exemplify essential leadership qualities and uphold the highest standards of safety, quality, and service excellence for employees, clients, and consumers.


Employee Recognition and Development:

Identify and engage top talent while fostering the growth of team members to reach their maximum potential within the organization. Organize and lead team management meetings.


Safety and Sanitation:

Ensure compliance with safety and sanitation standards across all operations.


Client Relations:

Establish and maintain effective rapport with clients and customers to foster mutually beneficial business relationships. Identify client needs and communicate operational progress effectively.


Customer Service Excellence:

Deliver and embody the WEST framework as the foundation for outstanding customer service.


Business Development:

Assist in planning and providing information as the standard selling model (STAR) is applied during client interactions. Facilitate and support new business initiatives and retention efforts.


Financial Management:

Drive revenue growth and manage budgets, including labor, supply, and inventory cost controls. Ensure the completion and accuracy of P&L statements, maintaining oversight to achieve client and company financial targets.


Operational Efficiency:

Embrace all Aramark processes and systems, eliminating custom/manual reports. Understand performance metrics, data, and inventory trends; educate teams on key levers to enhance margins.

Qualifications

Requires a minimum of 3 years of experience, with up to 2 years in a managerial capacity. A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required.


This role may involve physical demands, including lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, and/or extended periods of walking and standing. Uniforms and/or Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) may also be required.
