Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the activities of HVAC technicians, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Installation and Maintenance: Install, service, and repair environmental control systems, including HVAC units, ductwork, and other related equipment.
  • Quality Control: Conduct quality control inspections to ensure that all work meets the highest standards of quality and safety.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Training and Development: Train and develop new employees, ensuring that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Safety and Compliance: Ensure that all work is performed in a safe and compliant manner, adhering to all relevant regulations and industry standards.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum of 8 years of experience in HVAC installation, maintenance, and repair.
  • Certifications: HVAC and/or EPA certification required.
  • Licenses: Must meet all North Carolina licensing requirements at a Master's or Journeyman's level or have a North American Technician Excellence (NATE) Certification or ESCO Institute HVAC Excellence Professional Level Technician Certification.
  • Physical Demands: Must be able to lift and/or move up to 70 pounds, and perform other physical demands of the job.
