About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative to join our team at Syneos Health/inVentiv Health Commercial LLC. As a Sales Development Representative, you will play a critical role in developing and managing an assigned territory, building relationships with key stakeholders, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maximize new business opportunities with healthcare providers
  • Develop and execute account plans to achieve individual sales quotas
  • Engage in meaningful dialogue with healthcare providers to understand their needs and provide value-added solutions
  • Build trust and credibility with key stakeholders to drive commercial success

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 2+ years' pharmaceutical sales experience
  • Ability to travel and possess a valid driver's license

Preferred Qualifications

  • Strong recent experience selling launch products
  • Strong track record of sales success and experience developing and executing account plans
  • Ability to work in a virtual and field-based environment
