- Complete 50+ outreach activities daily
- Research and prospect small businesses in your territory
- Coordinate new business meetings with Territory Account Executives
- Strategize with sales leaders on your new business priorities
- Use CRM to track and manage perspectives
Requirements:
- 1+ years of experience in a Sales Development Representative role calling on small businesses
- Understanding of operations in small businesses, restaurants, or retail
- Excellent communication and organization skills
- Self-motivated, creative, and flexible
- Strong work ethic and determination to succeed
- Highly coachable and enjoys team collaboration
- Naturally curious and resourceful
- Previous sales or sales internship experience
- Proficiency in using Zoho/SalesForce/Zendesk CRM platforms or a similar CRM platform
