- Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM - 2:30 PM
- Duration: 10 months
- Compensation: $20.00 per hour
Main Responsibilities:
- Assist with various administrative and clerical duties while maintaining confidentiality.
- Address routine issues by following established policies and procedures.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately.
- Manage supply orders, organize mail, scan sensitive documents for digital storage, handle communications, and prepare written correspondence.
- Utilize necessary equipment for creating educational materials.
- Execute additional tasks as directed by the administrative team.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Associate's or Bachelor's Degree preferred.
- Experience with database systems, Microsoft Word, and Excel is essential.
- A minimum of one year of experience in performing standard clerical functions in an office environment.
Credentialing Requirements:
- Clearances must be obtained within the last 12 months, including:
- PA Child Abuse Clearance
- PA Criminal Clearance
- FBI Clearance (Use code 1KG6XN)
- Current TB Screening (within 3 months)
- Proof of Education - Diploma or Official Transcripts
