Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide service and maintenance for imaging equipment in the designated area.

  • Initially focus on the MI Modality, with opportunities for cross-training in other areas.
  • Adapt to varying shifts and on-call requirements as needed.
  • Report directly to the Customer Success Manager.

Qualifications:

  • Technical degree or equivalent experience is required.
  • Strong background in electronics and computer skills.
  • 3-5 years of relevant field service experience is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to travel within the assigned region and participate in on-call rotations.
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record are essential.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform various physical tasks.
  • Capable of working independently and as part of a team.

Compensation: The hourly pay for this position is competitive, reflecting the skills and experience of the candidate.
