Job Title: Account Executive, Membership Services

Join the Washington Nationals team as an Account Executive, Membership Services, and play a key role in maximizing renewal rates and driving revenue growth for our season plan holders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service to assigned accounts via all contact touch points, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Upsell current accounts, generate referrals, and cross-sell groups, hospitality areas, and luxury suites to drive revenue growth.
  • Support clients with various technologies leveraged by the club that deliver season plan holder benefits, ensuring seamless experiences.
  • Contribute positively to the service team culture by developing mutually beneficial working relationships with all team members.
  • Participate and contribute to service team meetings and training sessions to stay up-to-date on best practices and industry trends.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Sports Management, Marketing, or a related field.
  • A minimum of two years of work experience in professional sports ticket sales and/or customer service.
  • Knowledge, skills, and abilities necessary to perform essential functions, including managing and servicing existing season plan accounts, handling customer service and ticketing issues, and learning new software programs.
