Position Overview

The Technical Program Manager (Professional Services) plays a crucial role in nurturing and sustaining relationships with key clients. The Program Manager is dedicated to enhancing the customer experience, conducting regular account assessments, and identifying potential upselling opportunities. Additionally, they oversee the processes of customer onboarding and off-boarding, ensuring a seamless transition. Staying informed about product and service updates is essential, as is the ability to convey technical information to clients who may not have a technical background.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and sustain relationships with high-value clients, ensuring their technical requirements are effectively addressed.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver solutions for clients' technical challenges and enhance overall customer satisfaction.
  • Take full ownership of all client product specifications and delivery timelines.
  • Act as the representative of Unity in client interactions while advocating for client needs within Unity's internal teams.
  • Stay informed about product innovations and industry changes, particularly those related to the Android ecosystem and their implications for Unity's offerings.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in directly engaging with clients, analyzing their needs, troubleshooting technical issues, and proactively identifying opportunities for product enhancements or upselling.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, enabling effective liaison between clients and internal teams, and the ability to articulate technical solutions clearly.
  • Mid to senior-level technical or engineering experience within large organizations, particularly in the telecommunications sector.
  • Proficient in addressing and resolving technical issues or complaints efficiently and promptly.
  • A strong desire to learn about technology and a comprehensive understanding of Unity's solutions and the Android ecosystem.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with telecommunications companies in the United States.
  • Background in pre-sales activities.
  • Familiarity with platforms built on the Android operating system.
