Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the primary relationship manager for designated clients, facilitating the execution of strategies across key areas such as Wealth Enhancement, Wealth Transfer, Wealth Protection, and Charitable Giving.
  • Collaborate closely with our Advanced Planning and Client Service Teams to deliver exceptional client experiences.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients and their trusted advisors.
  • Lead the development of proposals for prospective clients and prepare comprehensive review presentations.
  • Engage in client review meetings, presenting and discussing financial models and advanced planning topics.
  • Utilize CRM systems to document notes and directives post-meetings, delegating tasks as necessary.
  • Support the Advanced Planning Team with financial modeling for clients.
  • Continuously cultivate strong relationships with client families.
  • Adhere to all industry regulations and firm policies.
  • Foster a collaborative team environment.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in a client-facing financial advisory role, demonstrating strong financial planning acumen.
  • Possession of Series 65 or equivalent certification.
  • Relevant professional designations such as CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNERTM, CFA, or CIMA.
  • Experience with advanced financial planning techniques, including donor advised funds, foundations, and various insurance products.
  • Familiarity with essential estate planning tools and asset management strategies.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts to diverse audiences.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with external advisors, including tax professionals and estate planning attorneys.
  • High emotional intelligence, integrity, and accountability.
  • A proactive, problem-solving mindset with a positive and collaborative demeanor.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience advising privately held business owners and families.
  • Life and Disability Insurance license.
  • Familiarity with financial software such as Salesforce, Orion, or similar platforms.
