Your Role: Consultant or Senior Consultant

In the role of consultant or senior consultant at ECG, you will play a vital part in our consulting team. You will collaborate with industry leaders to achieve your professional aspirations while making a meaningful impact on healthcare delivery. Expectations:

  • Strong passion for the healthcare sector.
  • Previous experience in healthcare consulting or within a provider organization.
  • A bachelor's degree in business or a health-related field is preferred; a master's degree in business administration or a health-related field is highly desirable.
  • Experience in healthcare consulting is preferred; however, we will consider progressive roles in a healthcare setting.
  • Proven diagnostic, analytical, and quantitative abilities.
  • History of delivering excellent client or patient service.
  • Demonstrated career advancement with increasing responsibilities.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Willingness to travel at least 50% of the time.

The estimated salary range for this position is $110,000 - $138,000 annually, reflecting a good faith estimate based on experience, skills, and market conditions. This role is eligible for ECG's annual incentive compensation program, which aligns with our pay-for-performance philosophy.
