Job Summary

We are seeking an Administrative Specialist III to provide diverse clerical and administrative support in a variety of settings. This role involves planning, organizing, and coordinating communications, presentations, spreadsheets, basic project management, data and records management, and other administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to various departments and teams
  • Coordinate communications, presentations, and meetings
  • Manage data and records, and perform basic project management tasks
  • Assist with receptionist duties and overflow work from administrative and executive assistants
  • Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 3 years of progressively responsible experience in a professional office
  • Medical office experience preferred
  • Experience with insurance and formal business and/or secretarial training or experience preferred
  • Proficient in Windows-based PC applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
