Administrative Coordinator

We are seeking an Administrative Specialist III to provide diverse clerical and administrative support in a variety of settings. This role involves planning, organizing, and coordinating communications, presentations, spreadsheets, basic project management, data and records management, and other administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities- Provide administrative support to various departments and teams
- Coordinate communications, presentations, and meetings
- Manage data and records, and perform basic project management tasks
- Assist with receptionist duties and overflow work from administrative and executive assistants
- Perform other duties as assigned
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 3 years of progressively responsible experience in a professional office
- Medical office experience preferred
- Experience with insurance and formal business and/or secretarial training or experience preferred
- Proficient in Windows-based PC applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
