Job Title: Clinical Mentor

The Southcentral Foundation (SCF) is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Mentor to join our team. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for providing clinical mentoring of other staff members on developing effective customer relationships.

Estimated Salary: $84,031 - $112,041 per year

In this role, you will work closely with our team to provide trauma-informed and individualized substance use disorder residential treatment to our patients. Your expertise in behavioral health will be invaluable in helping us achieve our mission of promoting wellness through health and related services.

Requirements:
• Master's degree in a behavioral health field or PhD in Clinical or Counseling Psychology
• Current License as an LPC, LMFT, LCSW, or Psychologist
• 3+ years of clinical experience or demonstrated proficiency as a Clinician II at SCF
• Basic Life Support certification
