We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Physician in Internal Medicine to join our team at Alaska Regional Hospital in Anchorage, Alaska.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the internal medicine department and provide clinical direction

  • Mentor and train junior staff members
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest medical research and best practices

Requirements:

  • Board-certified or eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Practice
  • Current leadership and clinical inpatient experience
  • Proven track record of implementing metrics and goals
  • Strong administrative and team-building skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Alaska licensure
