Responsibilities:- Develop and implement culturally responsive programs to promote wellness and resilience.
- Provide clinical mentoring to staff members on developing effective customer relationships.
- Maintain current knowledge of best practices in behavioral health.
- Master's degree in a behavioral health field or PhD/Psy.D. in Clinical/Counseling Psychology.
- Current license as a counselor or psychologist.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Three (3) years of clinical experience or demonstrated proficiency as a Clinician II at SCF.
- Experience working with Alaska Native communities.
- Bilingual or multilingual skills.
