Senior Dentist Job Summary:

We are seeking an exceptional Senior Dentist to partner with our customer-owners in providing high-quality dental care and establishing oral health. As a key member of our team, you will provide direct clinical care and mentor staff on the Nuka System of Care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional clinical care and mentor staff to ensure the highest standards of patient care
  • Mentor and coach staff on the Nuka System of Care to promote effective teamwork and patient outcomes
  • Work collaboratively with a diverse population of Alaska Native people and American Indians to address their unique dental health needs


Requirements:

  • Hold a current professional license in Alaska
  • Possess a Doctoral degree in Dentistry or a related field
  • Have at least 3 years of clinical experience or demonstrated proficiency at SCF
  • Meet associate medical staff membership and required privileges
  • Hold BLS certification; ACLS, NRP, ATLS, ALSO, and PALS as required


Employee Health Requirements:

  • Comply with Employee Health Procedure
  • Have documentation of MMR, Varicella, Hepatitis B, Influenza, T-dap, and COVID-19 vaccination


Native Preference:

  • SCF pursues a policy of Native preference in hiring, contracting, and training


Compensation: $182,748.26 to $292,397.21 per annum
