Key Responsibilities:

  • Mentor and guide less experienced nurses in clinical and career development
  • Establish and implement policies and procedures that promote exceptional care and quality
  • Collaborate with upper-level management to advance the unit's interests and achieve organizational goals

To be successful in this role, you must possess a valid State RN License and at least 3 years of long-term care experience. A background in charge nurse leadership is preferred, but not required. Strong computer skills and excellent communication abilities are essential for effective collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.
