About the Position

We are seeking a highly skilled Flight Team Manager to lead our Clinical Flight team at LifeMed Alaska LLC. As a seasoned professional with a strong track record of success, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the team, ensuring seamless execution of flights, and maintaining the highest levels of safety and quality. Your expertise will be crucial in shaping the future of our team and contributing to the company's growth and success.

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing flight scheduling and staffing requirements, monitoring qualifications and credentials of flight operations, and demonstrating initiative and a willingness for continuous improvement. They will also lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing team to exceed expectations and deliver exceptional results. In addition, they will collaborate and work across multi-disciplined teams, including executives and senior leadership, to foster a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and excellence.

Requirements

To be considered for this exciting opportunity, candidates must possess a Current State of Alaska Paramedic Licensure or Registered Nursing License, prior aviation and/or air medicine experience, and five years of leading flight or clinical teams. Strong strategic thinking, decision-making, and problem-solving skills are essential, along with exceptional communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building abilities.
