We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Nurse Coordinator to join our team at Alaska Regional Hospital in Anchorage, Alaska. This role presents an excellent opportunity for a nurse leader to grow professionally and make a meaningful contribution to the healthcare industry.

About the Position:
  • This position involves facilitating ongoing performance improvement activities that correlate to the Hospital-wide Performance Improvement Program.
  • The successful candidate will serve as a role model, mentor, educator, and evaluator in the Critical Care area.
Requirements:
  • A current Alaska nursing license in good standing.
  • An Associate's Degree in nursing is required, while a Bachelor's degree is preferred.
  • CCRN certification is mandatory.
  • The ideal candidate should have at least two years of Medical Step Down or ICU experience, with three years of clinical supervisory experience being desirable.

  • A competitive salary range of $84,000 - $110,000 per year, based on experience.
