Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Senior Pharmacist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing direct clinical patient care and mentoring pharmacists in ambulatory pharmaceutical care activities. This is a great opportunity for a motivated and compassionate pharmacist to make a difference in the lives of our patients.

Key Responsibilities
• Provide direct clinical patient care to patients with various medical conditions
• Mentor and coach pharmacists on ambulatory pharmaceutical care activities
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans
• Stay up-to-date with latest clinical guidelines and research in pharmacy practice

Requirements
• Licensed in the State of Alaska as a Pharmacist
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
• Two (2) years of experience as a Pharmacist or demonstrated proficiency at SCF
• Native Preference: Pursuing a policy of Native preference in hiring, contracting, and training
