About the Role

We are seeking an exceptional Nursing Instructor to join our team at Charter College. As a key member of our faculty, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality instruction and mentoring students in our MSN program.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will have a Master's degree in Nursing and a minimum of three years of experience as a registered nurse. They will possess excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills, with the ability to create a supportive learning environment that fosters student growth and achievement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver lectures, labs, and clinical instruction according to established curriculum guidelines
  • Create a dynamic learning environment that promotes student engagement and success
  • Mentor students to develop their nursing skills and values
  • Use various assessment strategies to evaluate student learning
  • Develop curricula that reflect contemporary healthcare trends and prepare graduates for effective practice
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • MSN degree required; Doctorate preferred for BSN classes
  • Minimum three years of experience as a registered nurse
  • Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $97,000-$119,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. Additionally, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, 401(k), and paid time off.
