Key Responsibilities
  • Module Management: Manage a module of builders and sales professionals at SFU communities, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and qualify new leads, prospect for additional sales and referral opportunities, and develop strategies to drive business growth.
  • Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with builders and developers, fostering trust and loyalty.
  • Product and Service Presentation: Develop and deliver engaging presentations on Chipr Home Solutions' products and services, highlighting their value and benefits.
  • Contract Negotiation and Closure: Negotiate and close contracts with builders and developers, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Record Keeping and Reporting: Accurately record sales production and other key performance indicators (KPIs) in a timely manner through our CRM system.
  • Referral Rewards and Company Meetings: Utilize our company referral rewards program and attend daily, weekly, and monthly company meetings to stay informed and aligned with company goals.
  • Community Engagement: Attend community events and participate in local initiatives to build relationships and promote Chipr Home Solutions' brand.
Requirements
  • Proven Sales Experience: A minimum of [X] years of experience in sales, preferably in the construction or building materials industry.
