Qualifications for the Client Services Associate Position:

  • High School diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Capable of performing assigned office tasks

Responsibilities of the Client Services Associate:

  • Operate office equipment such as computers, fax machines, and copiers
  • Answer phone calls and direct them appropriately
  • Provide information, guidance, and support to residents, visitors, and team members
  • Manage urgent announcements throughout the facility as necessary
  • Display information on MVTV in the absence of the Guest Services Coordinator
  • Assist residents with copying, forwarding mail, and processing payments
  • Oversee guest room reservations and podiatrist appointment schedules in the absence of the Guest Services Coordinator
  • Process resident gift card payments and send checks to Fiscal Services for processing
