Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Front Desk Agent to join our team at Ark Hospitality Management. As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and will be responsible for providing exceptional service and ensuring a seamless stay.

Key Responsibilities
  • Guest Services: Greet and welcome guests, handle check-ins and check-outs, and provide information about hotel services and amenities.
  • Front Desk Operations: Manage the front desk, handle guest inquiries, and resolve any issues or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with guests, colleagues, and management to ensure seamless operations and exceptional guest service.
  • Administrative Tasks: Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and other duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in computer software and systems.
Working Conditions

The work environment is a hotel setting with moderate noise levels. The physical demands of the job include standing, walking, and lifting up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required include close vision, distance vision, color vision, and peripheral vision.
