Position Summary:
The Recruiter will play a vital role in supporting the organization by managing recruitment processes and facilitating the acquisition of top talent.
Compensation:
Starting Salary: $50,000 - $60,000
Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Chief Operating Officer in daily operational tasks and overall contract management.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Gain knowledge of federal contracting to assist in maintaining contract compliance.
  • Contribute to proposal writing and conduct business development research.
  • Edit and format handbooks and procedural manuals.
  • Act as a liaison with senior leadership and other executives.
  • Prepare reports and correspondence, and coordinate meeting logistics.
  • Assist in drafting and submitting documents and requisitions.
  • Compile meeting agendas and minutes as necessary.
  • Participate in special projects as required.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Format resumes to align with proposal and government standards.
  • Create and revise documents and processes.
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.
  • Demonstrate effective problem-solving abilities.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree (preferred).
  • 1-3 years of relevant administrative experience.
  • Experience in government contracting or with a government contracting firm.
